Every action references the hash of the one before. A change made after the fact no longer matches and becomes visible.
Design goal: one key per mandate, so the server only ever stores ciphertext. Access follows the mandate, not the machine.
Draft suggestions with the statutes they rely on. The lawyer decides; the system records what was suggested and what was accepted.
Every version of a brief stays retrievable. Differences are shown down to the single word.
Firms, clients, opposing counsel and courts see only what their role allows. Tenants are kept strictly apart.
