What it is
One platform.
The entire
mandate cycle.
Five pillars, one truth: what fairlane.legal records withstands every forensic counter-expertise.
Evidence-proof by design
One line
changed —
the whole
chain breaks.
The ledger is no log file. It's a cryptographically chained action list — every entry contains the hash of the previous one. Tampering anywhere is instantly visible.
Four design principles
Design intent —
not a promise.
These four principles guide how the production platform is to be built. This page is a concept demo — none of the properties below are certified, audited or proven yet. Anything claimed here is intent, not delivered fact.
Planned: hosting in a Swiss data centre with no third-country transfer under Art. 44 ff. GDPR. Independent certifications (ISO 27001 etc.) are an aspiration, not a present claim.
Design goal: each case file with its own client-bound key, so server admins handle ciphertext, not plaintext. Cryptographic implementation is to be reviewed externally before launch.
Concept: evidence sealed at upload, with cryptographic hashes documenting any later attempt to alter it. No software prevents tampering absolutely; the goal is verifiable detection.
Planned: every read, write and export action chained with previous-hash references; an external auditor role within RBAC. Today this exists as a design — not as production.
